The Lawmaker representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo federal constituency of Osun State at the National Assembly, Representative Bamidele Salam has mourned the demise of Oludo Alayemore of Ido-Osun, Oba Dr Aderemi Adedapo.
Salam described the deceased as an urbane, humble, and very patriotic royal father.
According to him, “His sudden demise has left me and countless others in a state of shock and grief.
Oba Dr. Aderemi Adedapo was an exemplary leader, renowned for his urbane, humble, and patriotic nature.
His unwavering support for my political journey, dating back to my election as Local Government Chairman in 2008, has been invaluable, I owe him a lot of appreciation for his support.
Throughout his life, he remained a constant source of encouragement and inspiration to me.
I have fond memories of our interactions, which were always characterised by his wise counsel and fatherly guidance.
His dedication to the development of Ido-Osun and Osun State as a whole was unwavering, and his contributions to the advancement of our constituency will never be forgotten.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, the people of Ido-Osun, the Osun Traditional Council, and the National Council of Traditional Rulers where he was a leading member.
Salam prayed that Oba Dr Aderemi Adedapo’s legacy continues to inspire his friends and family, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.
