In a time where celebrities and notables chose a certain pattern to be identified by, Afro beats singer, Tiwa Savage has unravelled the secret behind her choice to be an ‘abnormal’ personality.
The Isale Eko born “Somebody’s Son” singer in an Instagram post briefly explained the reason she has always been a ‘non-regular.’
According to Tiwa, normal people will never know how amazing they can be because they’ve chosen to be ‘regular’.
She arrived at her premise by adopting American poet, memoirist and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou’s quote.
It reads: “If you’re always trying to be normal, you’ll never know how amazing you can be – Maya Angelou.”
She added: “Na why I no kuku normal before.”
