The Special Adviser to the Governor on Cooperatives and Empowerment, Honourable Durojaye Isaac, has felicitated with the Honourable Commissioner for Cooperatives and Empowerment, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
Durojaye in a congratulatory message, described the Commissioner as a committed and dedicated public servant, a bridge-builder, and a man deeply committed to the empowerment of grassroots communities, whose it dedication to the empowerment of the people of Osun State remains exemplary.
