The Deputy Chief Whip of the Osun State House of Assembly, Honorable Gbenga Ogunkanmi has been described as a special blessing to the people of Osun, Ayedire Local Government Area.
The Ileogbo born lawmaker according to Chairmanship Aspirant of the All Progress Congress, APC, for Ayedire LGA, Honorable Adedokun Basiru has impacted immensely in human development at the grassroot adding that his efforts in making dividend of democracy cut across can not be quantified.
Basiru made this known, on Saturday, in his congratulatory message to Ogunkanmi on his birthday celebration which was made available to newsmen.
Joining other political associates, family and friends of Ogunkanmi, Basiru said the lawmaker has demonstrated for many years firm love to his people.
He maintained that Ogunkanmi in return of his undiluted love for his constituents made the celebration of his birthday merry.
In his words ” On behalf of the APC family of Ayedire local government and her good people entirely, I wish you more prosperous years with more wisdom and sound health.
“Indeed, we are blessed in Ayedire having a special breed representing our constituency at the state level.
“We are confident for your capacity and ingenuity for an Ayedire where all constituents can strive economically in a conducive and secured environment ” he said.
Basiru charged the lawmaker not to relent in his leadership style which distinct him among his contemporary.
