A former PDP party secretary, Oluwaseyi Adeniyi, has returned to the Peoples’ democratic party in Osun State.
In a media chat with The Source News, the former party secretary in Ifedayo said his love for his party, the PDP, remains undiluted and that the bad governance being witnessed under the APC government should concern everybody.
According to him, he said: “Nigerian youths who have been clamoring for good governance cannot afford to continue like this, i cannot afford to be watching while everything have completely gone bad under the ruling APC.”
“This is a party that promised heaven and earth while seeking people’s mandate in 2015, today nothing spectacular can be traceable to this government.
“Imagine, in the just released WAEC ranking, Osun came 36th. It’s sad and shameful. We cannot continue like this. We must all rise to rescue this country.
“It’s very obvious that Nigerians are already tired of the present government, the litmus test was what happened in the just concluded Osun governorship election where the PDP won the election landslide. This is what people should expect next year general elections.
“The insecurity in the country is worrisome. Nobody is secured. Imagine, just last month, the bandits came out to declare that they are going to kidnap President Buhari and Governor El-Rufai. Is this not shameful?
He however called on the well meaning Nigerians to join hands with PDP to rescue the country from the maladministration of the APC.
