As the 2023 election campaign time draws closer, the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Prince Adewole Adebayo has challenged other presidential candidates to declare their assets publicly in line with transparency.

Prince Adebayo said that interest of self acclaimed political leaders have played all kinds of divisive card which he said has lead people to the present stage.

He condemned, the latest report that indicates about 108,000 barrels of crude are being stolen daily from state-linked production. Adevelopment that was corroborated by the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) when it estimated that Nigeria lost 2.3 million barrels in July alone and 28 million barrels in total from January to July this year, threatening the FG’s N9.37tn oil and gas revenue by the end of the year.

He however, urged Nigerians to look beyond the reigning political parties or leaders that have been playing Ethnic and Religion card.

“Vote right in 2023, let us for once change the narratives; and ends aberration in government”.

“Failure of leadership can best be cured by changing bad rulers since the bad rulers won’t change and can’t change themselves. The 2023 general election is the time to vote out the bad politicians who theatrically lament over problems they caused, and problems they can fix but refuse to fix.” Adebayo said.
