A poultry farmer in Ajegunle, Lagos State, Emmanuel Joseph Philip, has been announced the winner of Raven Bank’s millionaire program.
Philip, an electrical and electronics graduate of Heritage Polytechnic, beat five others to clinch the prize money of N1m.

In a statement, Raven Bank said the program was specially designed to discover and support the under-privileged.
To arrive at the selection process, each nominee was carefully selected by people, including leaders in their respective communities in Ajegunle, after which a video was shot of each of them in their business locations.
Raven Bank’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jude Okoharen, said, “We believe that if you have an idea and you want to make it happen, you should be able to make it happen. That is why we birthed the Raven Bank millionaire programme, especially for those with little or no reach.
