Oleksandr Usyk is aiming to become the undisputed heavyweight champion by defeating Tyson Fury in their upcoming fight, one which was rescheduled to February.
Following this accomplishment, Usyk plans to retire from boxing and pursue a career in football. Usyk has previously expressed his love for football and claimed to have signed a contract with FC Polissya Zhytomyr after playing in a friendly for the team in July.

“I win and then I go and play football,” Usyk told ESNews.
“I have a contract signed with the number one football team [in Ukraine], Polissya number one!”
Despite not fighting since August, Usyk recently taunted Fury by posing with his WBC heavyweight world title at an event in Uzbekistan.
Polissya’s statement
The Ukrainian Premier League club had previously released a statement to confirm the collaboration deal that was reached between the two parties.
“The president of the club Hennadiy Butkevich and Oleksandr Usyk concluded an official agreement on football cooperation for one year,” a statement read.
“Usyk will perform under No.17. Expect other details of the contract later.”
