As Christmas signifies love and act of giving, the Osun State Commissioner for Youth Affairs, Hon. Olagunju Moshood Olalekan, distributed food items and cash to support residents of Boluwaduro local government area.
Olagunju distributed bags of rice and cash gifts to the residents, who he charged to continue to support the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
The event took place today at Hon. Olalekan’s country home in Iresi.
Thousands of residents trooped into the residence to receive the generous gifts, expressing their gratitude with a “rain of prayers” for the commissioner.
According to the Commissioner, the gesture is in line with the leadership of Governor Adeleke who he described as a passionate and loving leader.
He added the gesture will help put smiles on the faces of the people during this festive period.
“The distribution of rice and cash prizes is part of his ongoing efforts to ensure food security and support the well-being of the youth and other residents within Boluwaduro and neighboring areas.
“Today’s event not only provided much-needed relief to the beneficiaries but also highlighted the compassionate governance under Sen. Dr. Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke’s administration.” He said.
The community’s response was overwhelmingly positive, with numerous residents offering heartfelt prayers and thanks to Hon. Olagunju Moshood Olalekan for his continued support and generosity.”
