Osun 2026: Oyelami Congratulates Bola Oyebamiji as APC Governorship Candidate

For emerging as the Consensus Governorship candidate of our party – All Progressives Congress (APC), in Osun State after a crisis free and successful primary, the Executive Chairman, Isokan South LCDA, Ikoyi, Hon (Prince) Wasiu Oyetunji Oyelami MBA, FCA, has congratulated Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

Hon Oyelami who was highly elated of the outcome of the APC Gubernatorial primary in his congratulatory message issued and made available to newsmen shortly after the primary election yesterday the 13th December 2025 expressed confidence that with Oyebanmji’s nomination as the party’s candidate, the APC is poised for victory in the forthcoming 2026 Gubernatorial Election.

The Isokan South LCDA boss, said Oyebamij’s emergence is well deserved and it’s a round peg in a round hole, and most importantly it is a clear reflection of the confidence and trust the members and leaders of our great party (APC) have in his leadership abilities in the most recent past.

“The man, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bolarinwa Oyebanmji popularly known as “AMBO” emerged as the winner of the Primary election, following a united decision by the eight other well-qualified and deserving aspirants who graciously stepped down in his favor.

“I want to admonish our party flagbearer to be magnanimous in victory, as I encourage him to reach out to the other candidates and foster an inclusive campaign and government that prioritizes the transformation of the State and the wellbeing of its residents.

“Without mixing word, It is imperative that we uphold the unity of the APC in our dear Osun State, as this is the only pathway to achieving victory.

“I also wish to make passionate appeal to all the other aspirants and their supporters to close ranks and see the primary as victory for all as no one has lost out, and what should be paramount is the victory of our party come August 2026 Governorship Election which will be beneficial to everyone of us and the good people of Osun State.

“I want to extend my congratulatory message to our party’s governorship candidate and wish him complete wisdom and insight necessary to unite the party toward our shared objective.
