Alhaji Liadi Reaffirms Loyalty as Governor Adeleke Declares Candidacy For Second Term

Former Executive Chairman, Osogbo Local Government area of Osun State, and current member of Governing Council Board, OSCOTECH Esa Oke, Alhaji Liadi Adesola Gbadamosi has expressed his firm and unshakable support for Governor Ademola Adeleke, who recently announced his intention to run for a second term as Governor of Osun State under the banner of the Accord.

Alhaji Liadi Gbadamosi while fielding questions from journalists in Osogbo the Osun State capital said, “I have stood beside Governor Adeleke. His vision for Osun centered on inclusive development and social justice is exactly what our state needs. I am committed to supporting him until the end.”

The Osogbo born politician, highlighted the progress made during Adeleke’s first term, particularly on infrastructure, education, and health, noting that these results stem from transparent, citizen‑focused governance.

The community leader urged all citizens especially youth and women to rally behind the governor’s candidacy, emphasizing that continuity of his policies is essential to cementing Osun’s prosperity.

According to the Chieftain, “Governor Adeleke’s decision to join the Accord Party is strategic. It shows his ability to engage with diverse political forces for the state’s development. The Accord Party, with its platform of welfare‑oriented governance, is the ideal vehicle to carry forward the projects that are already transforming our dear state.”

“Following internal negotiations, Governor Adeleke formally announced his affiliation with the Accord Party, which has endorsed him as its official candidate for the 2026 elections. The party emphasizes transparent, results‑driven governance, aligning closely with Adeleke’s agenda”.
