Christmas Message: Emulate the humility of Christ – OSPOLY Rector, Alabi charges
The Rector of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Alhaji Kehinde Adeyemi Alabi has charged members of the Polytechnic Community to remain humble and rededicate themselves to Christ.
Alhaji Alabi in a statement he personally signed, urged members of Staff and Students of the Institution to emulate the circumstances that heralded the birth of Jesus Christ whom in spite of His divine conception was born in a manger with absolute humility and reverence.
The Rector in the Statement also thanked members of the Management and entire Polytechnic Community at large for their support since he assumed leadership position of the polytechnic.
According to him, “I use this medium to express my profound appreciation to the Governing Council, Management, Staff and Students of the polytechnic for their support all along.
Alhaji Alanis declared that”I appreciate all of you. As we celebrate the birth of the Lord, I want you to rededicate yourself for the service of God and humanity and embrace peace, unity and love which symbolized.
“Above all, let us use this period to pray to the Almighty God to preserve our Governor, Asiwaju Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke, to record unprecedented victory in the 2026 governorship election, so that he (Senator Adeleke) would be able to paddle the canoe of the State to a safe harbour,” the Rector said.
