Chief of Staff to Osun state governor, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye has congratulated the paramount ruler of the ancient town of Ede, His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1, Timi of Edeland over his eventful and fruitful reign in the last one and half decades in the town.
Akinleye in his congratulatory message, acknowledged the cultural candour and intellectual prowess that Oba Adesola Lawal used to reign that has brought to play in the last fifteen years on the throne.
The Ede born politician noted that, the reign of Oba Adesola has brought tremendous development to the town.
Recounting the educational and social infrastructures that have sprung up in Ede since he came on the throne 15 years , Akinleye noted that, Oba Adesola Lawal’s intellectual capability backed up with doggedness has resulted in unparalleled transformation of the social and physical landscape of Ede.
While wishing Oba Adesola Lawal more robust years on the stool, Osun CoS enjoined all Ede indigenes home and abroad, to continue to pray for, and cooperate with Timi for more peaceful reign and developments. He wished Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, Laminisa 1 Good health and divine wisdom in the onerous task.
