EPL: Trade Mason Mount – Gary Neville Hands Man Utd Four Signings To Make

Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, has suggested his old club should think about moving midfielder Mason Mount this summer, but only if they can bring in someone who’s comfortable playing both in the middle and further forward.

Speaking after Man United’s 3-2 win over Liverpool on Sunday, Neville also laid out four priority signings for the summer window.

“I think United need a left-back for next season because Luke Shaw has played every game this year, and he may struggle,” Neville said on his Sky Sports podcast.

“They need a centre-back, 100%, and they need two midfielders. Those are the four priorities for me.

“Look, if after that you could sort of trade Mason Mount for someone who can play in and out and can be a bit more flexible across the midfield and forward line, then I would say go for a fifth.”
