Osun state Polytechnic Iree Alumni Association (OSPAA) on Saturday, elected new executive members who will pilot the affairs of the Association for the next two years.
The election which attracted massive turn out of financial members from all parts of the country was regarded as a peaceful exercise amidst cheers and celebration.
The election which took place at OSPAA secretariat in Iree, Boripe local government area of Osun State, saw Alh Yakub Akeem Adebayo as the newly elected National President
Other newly elected National Executive are Lawal Ismail as Vice President Academics, Odeyemi Wole Anthony as Secretary, Rasheed Sakirat Abidemi as the Assistant Sectary.
The newly financial Secretary is Mr Yekini Kayode Saka, and the newly elected treasurer is Adebowale Sunday Daniel.
The newly elected National Publicity Secretary of Ospolyiree Alumni association is Adekunle Sikiru Yakub, the social secretary is Akeula kolawole Okunola and the national auditor is Ige Benjamin.
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected National President, Alh Yakub Akeem Adebayo described the process of the election as peaceful.
He similarly appreciated the doggedness and progressive minded of Ospolyiree Alumni members for their massive love and support towards the just concluded election.
Alh Yakub Akeem therefore pledged his administration’s readiness to transform Osun State Polytechnic Iree Alumni Association with various innovations that will take the association to enviable heights.
