Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Osun State Polytechnic, Iree Chapter and Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke Chapter has congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke as the sixth Democratic Governor of Osun State.
The union, in a congratulatory message signed on Wednesday, by the Chairman ASUP, OSPOLY, Iree and the Chairman ASUP, OSCOTECH Esa-Oke, Dr. Afolabi Fatai and Comrade Agbaje Taofeek respectively, the union expressed readiness to work with the new administration under watch of Senator Ademola Adeleke.
The statement read, “Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), Osun State Polytechnic, Iree Chapter and Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke Chapter felicitate with His Excellency, Senator Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke on his inauguration as Executive Governor of Osun State.
“Your emergence as Governor of the state is not by accident but a collective mandate of the entire people of Osun State as displayed in July 16th,2022 gubernatorial election in Osun State.
“Our Union believes in your mission and vision to turn things around for good in Osun State as contained in your six points agenda. We are of the opinion that the mission to take Osun State to greater height is a collective responsibility. Stressing that, we are ready to work with your government with all sense of commitment in the interest of our dear State, Osun State and Nigeria as a whole.
“We however wish your Excellency Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke a successful tenure of office as Executive Governor of Osun State.” the statement read
