The Public Relation Officer, Academy Staff Union of Polytechnic, Osun State Polytechnic Iree Chapter, Aderemi Adeagbo has charged the newly inaugurated executives and SRC of the National Association of Osun State Students (NAOSS) to portray good image for other Naossite to follow.
The PRO made the charge at the NAOSS inauguration last Monday on campus, said the association is mother to all indigenous associations in the Polytechnic.
Adeagbo who was a former General Secretary of the association commended the outgoing executives under the watch of Comrade Olaoye Mumeen PKA Legend for his output on human relations and project.
He implored the new executives and SRC to emulate the leadership skills that is being built by the former executives and continue to take the association to the height level.
According to him, “I commend the outgoing president for the great work he has put on ground, the human relations and the physical project you have done. And I want to urge the incoming executives and SRC to continue from where the outgoing Exco’s stopped.”
He however appealed to the students of the institution not to play with their primary assignment to record success at the end of their studentship in Osun Poly.
One of the staff adviser, Kabiru Bello charged the the new executives to be proactive in promoting the association.
Bello urged them to work towards the development of the NAOSS that would be of benefit to general naossites.
However, the new president Comrade Faniran Solomon, PKA Ksolo and the speaker of Student Representative Council, Rt. Hon Azeez Ismail Kolapo pka Comrade AZICO swear-in their members respectively.
