FRSC Outlines Strategies for Improved Service Delivery in 2026

The Executive Committee of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Zone 11 Officers’ Mess has outlined strategic measures aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency in 2026.

The resolutions were reached during the committee’s first meeting for the year, held at the Officers’ Mess premises, Technical College area, Osogbo, Osun State.

This was contained in a press released signed for Mess Patron by Corps Commander, President, Mess Committee (PMC), Leye Adegboyega on Tuesday.

The meeting, attended by all Executive Committee members and key stakeholders, was chaired by the Mess Patron, Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) Joseph W. Toby, MLC, JP, who is also the Zonal Commanding Officer, RS11.

In his opening remarks, ACM Toby commended members for their dedication to the effective management of the Mess.

He emphasized the importance of discipline, transparency, accountability and teamwork in sustaining the Mess as a conducive social and professional environment, for the relaxation of FRSC Officers and other stakeholders.

He further encouraged sustained collaboration among all stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

However, the Mess Executive presented feedback and observations from members, while Mirento Global provided explanations, operational updates and commitments to address identified gaps.

Both the Mess Executive Committee and Mirento Global reaffirmed their commitment to a cordial and mutually beneficial working relationship, aimed at improving service standards, ensuring value for money and enhancing members’ experience.
