The New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) has commiserated with the good people of Kogi State and the family of Tolulope Arotile, the first female combat helicopter pilot, who died in a car accident on Tuesday.
The late flying officer was died following the road accident that occurred at Nigeria Air Force Base, Kaduna state.
In a statement signed by the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of NNPP, Rev. Emmanuel Olorunmagba on Wednesday and obtained by newsmen.
The party however calls for thorough investigations into the remote and direct causes of the death of the 24 years old Kogi State born pilot and make the finding public, as some Nigerians are already suspecting that there may be more to the information released to the public.
According to party, “In the light of the above, proper clarification is needed after investigations and we hope that this government will value the citizens enough to clear air on the suspicion.”
