Former Manchester United striker, Michael Owen has predicted today’s UEFA Champions League tie between Liverpool and Atletico Madrid at Anfield.
Owen also predicted Manchester City’s Champions League tie against Club Brugge at the Etihad Stadium.
Providing his predictions, Owen told BetVictor: “The Reds have made a brilliant start to this campaign with three wins from three. After winning a thriller in Madrid, I’m expecting a win at Anfield.
“Salah has five in three group games, and I can see him scoring and Liverpool winning this 2-0.”
Commenting on the Man United vs Club Brugge match, Owen said, “Who saw City’s defeat to Palace coming? City have been playing so well of late, but these things can happen.
“I’m expecting a response here though, having won 5-1 in Belgium. I’m going for 3-0 City.”
The kick-off time for all the games is 9 pm.
