Drake’s father, Dennis Graham, reported a series of odd and disturbing phone calls that he received ‘late at night’ on Wednesday.
A law enforcement source revealed told TMZ that the 68-year-old superstar’s dad received two phone calls and a text message ‘over the course of 15 minutes.’
The publication reported that ‘the person on the other line allegedly rambling about Freemasonry and Dennis being Drake’s dad.’
This has prompted authorities to open an investigation, and LAPD were dispatched to his residence to do a police report about the ‘annoying phone calls.’
Drake and Graham have a close-knit relationship as evidenced by the $150K Bentley he gifted his dad for his birthday in 2018, one year after the rapper’s father got his son’s face tattooed onto his arm.
A love for tattoos seems to run in the family, as the Canadian star has his own extensive collection of body art, including his dad’s mugshot, which he got inked in 2014.
The God’s Plan hitmaker has more than 35 tattoos, including portraits of legendary singer Sade on his chest, a tattoo of singer Aaliyah on his back, and a tribute to the late Louis Vuitton designer Virgil Abloh, who died in 2021.
He also has family ink that includes a portrait of his mom Sandi Graham, one of his son Adonis, five, as well as his late uncle and grandma.
Like his father, Drake has also had to seek assistance from the police over bizarre and scary harassment.
