A Rivers State-based lady, Regina Ledum Barizaasi who was recently sacked by her former boss for attending the two-million-man march for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi has gotten a new job in Port Harcourt.
DAILY POST reports that the 100-level student of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education had in a viral video requested help from Nigerians alleging that she was fired by her boss for attending the rally which took place on August 27.
In the video, the young lady who works as a receptionist in a hotel in Port Harcourt said she attended the rally because it was her off day.
Regina claimed she had relied on the job to offset her school fees and take care of her siblings.
She said, “I was just laid off from work two days ago because I went out for the two million march for Peter Obi in Port Harcourt. I was working in a hotel as a receptionist.
“The day of the march was my off-day, so I was at home, after the march, I went back to work the following day and my boss now called me and said that I should go and meet Peter Obi to give me a job”.
However, according to a new video obtained by DAILY POST, Regina has been employed by the management of the Omega Power Ministry, OPM.
She was employed to work at the ultramodern printing press belonging to the church with a higher wage.
