The EndSars protesters leaders, Osun State have called on their colleagues to suspend all the activities related to protest as hoodlums continue attack on warehouse and properties of government and private citizens in some parts of the state.

Recall, Governor Gboyega Oyetola had on Saturday imposed another indefinite curfew to curb the looting of warehouses across Osun.

They made the call yesterday in Osogbo, insisting they will not relent in fighting for the rights of the people.

Speaking, Oladapo Ebenezer Olawale appealed to the youths in state the to ceased fire, saying the destruction and carnage is massive that can set the state backward.

Olawale urged his colleagues to shield the sword and allow peace to reign in order for them to get their demand from the state government.

He said, “We are holding government responsible for everything that is happening all that we have fought for in last two weeks, we should not let by ourselves rubbish all the gains that are coming.

However, Ayodeji Ologun said they started the struggle with a just course by making government responsible to their demands.

Ologun maintained that their agitations had yield a good result that led to disbandment of police unit Special Anti-robbery Squad , SARS , across the country.

He confirmed that EndSars protesters in Osun state have agreed within themselves to give government sometimes to resolve the issues to maintain peace and order in the state.

Similarly, Oluwaseun Adebisi Emmanuel implored the youths to give government sometime to implement their demands as the people in the helms of affair agreed to meet up with their agitations.

According to Adebisi, Don’t let us destroy any government properties because it belong to all of us. Let be patience for sometime to separate bad head from the genuine protesters.

“All the atrocity been perpetrated by some youths in some part of the state is not part of our protest plan. It glaring that some people want to use the avenue beyond general demands.

Earlier, Ige Olusegun bemoaned the resent act by some hoodlums who hid under the guise of protest to burst shops and store in Osogbo.

Olusegun described the act as barbaric and uncalled for. He enjoined all protesting youths that give room for peace and allow government to work on their demands as agreed.
