EAPEAN President Felicitates Members, Christians at Easter

The President of the Employers Association for Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria, Amb. Chief Nzeribe Okegbue, PhD, has congratulated Muslim faithful across Nigeria and beyond on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the Association, Amb. Okegbue described Eid-El-Kabir as a season of sacrifice, obedience, love, and devotion to God, stressing that the lessons of the festival remain relevant to nation-building and peaceful coexistence.

According to him, “Eid-El-Kabir reminds us all of the virtues of faith, sacrifice, tolerance, and compassion for one another. As Nigerians, this sacred celebration calls on us to deepen our commitment to unity, peace, and mutual understanding irrespective of ethnic, religious, or political differences.”

The EAPEAN President commended Muslims for their contributions to national development and urged them to continue to promote harmony, justice, and support for the less privileged in society.

Amb. Okegbue further called on Nigerians to use the festive period to pray for the peace, stability, and economic prosperity of the country, while encouraging employers, workers, and stakeholders in the private employment sector to remain steadfast in promoting decent work, ethical recruitment, and inclusive economic growth.

He reaffirmed the commitment of EAPEAN to advancing professional standards within the private employment industry and supporting initiatives that foster national development and social cohesion.

The EAPEAN President wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful, joyous, and fulfilling Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
