Osun Partifinder Team Berates APC Over Alleged Vandalization of Accord Bill Board

….Says Osun People will Vote Accord Irrespective of Victimisation

A socio-political group in Osun State, The Partifinder Team has berated the vandalisation of Accord party billboard across the state, describing it as as barbaric act culpable of invoking violence ahead of August 15th governorship election in the state.

The team in a statement issued and signed by its state coordinator and secretary , Hon. Diti Aluko, and Secretary, Sola Akinleye in Osogbo on Friday noted that, vandalising Imole campaign billboard and Accord in some part of the state growing political violence.

The Imole Campaign billboard were seen vandalised and destroyed across several parts of Osun State, including Irewole, Ayedaade, Ife, Irepodun, Oriade and Osogbo Local Governments.

According to the statement, people of state must begin to pay close attention to the desperation currently consuming the Osun APC, having failed to inspire the people with any meaningful agenda or alternative vision for governance, and being overwhelmed by the massive acceptance of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

The team posited that, the opposition, APC has got it wrong as the people of the state will resist their planned imposition, knowing fully well that, Governor Adeleke is matching up with their yearnings and aspirations.

“The act of opposition APC is a direct threat and assault to democracy in the state, we totally condemned the act and implored the relevant security agencies to rise up to their task and cub this dastardly act”

” Osun is a peaceful state, APC should not turn the state to a battle ground because of politics, the good people of Osun have seen the difference and will accordingly vote the performing governor Ademola Adeleke for the second term” the team added.
