Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Southwest are meeting presidential aspirants from the region in Lagos State.
Former Ogun Governor Chief Olusegun Osoba and former Interim National Chairman of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande are presiding over the meeting at Lagos Flag House, Marina, Lagos.
It was gathered that the meeting was called for the South-West to present a united front for the May 30 APC presidential primary.
It ws learnt National Leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu; Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Ekiti Governor Kayode Fayemi are in attendance.
Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila; South-West Governors in the APC and other stakeholders are also at the meeting, which attracted National Secretary party, Senator Iyiola Omisore.
Others at the meeting are Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; Ondo Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, and his Lagos counterpart, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
APC aspirants who have declared for the presidency from the South West include; Tinubu, Osinbajo; Fayemi; Senator Ibikunle Amosun; Pastor Tunde Bakare; former Speaker, Dimeji Bankole and Deputy Senate Leader, Prof Ajayi Boroffice.
